Description: Our client is currently seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR in South Carolina.
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the electrical maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, and leading a team of maintenance technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical maintenance technicians.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all electrical maintenance activities.
Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in electrical maintenance procedures.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, control panels, and PLCs. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians. Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance.
