• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, OR equivalent work experience and training with proven project management experience and success.

• Proficiency in reading construction documents, drawings and lease language.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.

• Ability to deliver high quality projects using non-traditional/non-formal PMO structure/processes.

• Familiar with managing Water Fall and Agile or Iterative development projects.

• Familiar with managing 3rd party vendors.

• Experience with SmartSheet and Bluebeam

• Ability to earn the respect of the Construction and IT Infrastructure PM team in order to lead efforts, coordinate teams and handle issues and problems effectively in a timely manner.

• Ability to quickly learn and use new complex technical concepts and resolve issues with them in a rapidly changing environment.

• Experience with MS Office Suite, including Power Point, Excel and Visio.

• Ability to be productive in a pet friendly open space seating work environment.
