Duties and Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience with supporting On-Prem & SaaS applications utilizing SQL server databases.

• Must possess strong knowledge in Stored Procedures, SSIS, and writing and tuning of queries


• Knowledgeable of SQL Server & Windows Server

• Vendor Application Support - Releases, Patches, and Incident Support

• API (SOAP and REST) development and management for both On-Prem and to Cloud SaaS vendor applications

• Knowledge of different SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, etc.

• Experience with Scheduling Tools and Code Management software

• Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.

• Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support


Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office experience

• Experience working in multi-platform environment

• Ability to balance both development and support roles

• Experience in working on projects that involve business segments

• Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups
