Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of experience in Cost Engineering / Project Controls with a focus on EPCMV Bio/Pharma Projects.
Proficiency in Earned Value Management, Change Management, and Risk Management.
Advanced skills in Excel, MS Access, and/or Power BI.
High degree of Emotional Intelligence, team player mentality, coachability, and analytical ability.
Familiarity with Oracle Unifier, EPCMV project life cycle (home office & field construction), and EcoSys.
Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 resource-loaded schedules (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multi-disciplined group (Engineering and/or Construction) to determine the Estimate at Completion (EAC), assess the efficiency of both cost (CPI) and schedule (SPI), and highlight potential risks to project completion and their financial impact.
Knowledge of BIM 4D & 5D is advantageous.
Implement and evaluate earned value on projects to track progress in both home office and field construction settings.
Utilize analytical thinking to assist the project manager and/or construction manager in developing the estimate at completion.
Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
Familiarity with project controls, commercial operations, and an emphasis on scheduling, work breakdown structures, and financial aspects.
