Our Voice of Seller team plays a crucial role in understanding the needs, challenges, and aspirations of our sellers, driving strategic decisions to enhance their experience and maximize their success on our platform.



Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Research Manager to join our Voice of Seller team. This individual will lead end-to-end research initiatives utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at project management, stakeholder engagement, and analysis, with a strong ability to generate actionable insights.



Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and execute end-to-end mixed methods research projects, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.


• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to gain deep insights into seller needs, behaviors, and preferences.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive research initiatives aligned with business objectives.


• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality research outputs.


• Conduct thorough analysis of research findings and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Business teams.


• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in market research and ecommerce.



Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, or related field


• 3+ years of experience in market research, with a focus on mixed methods approaches.


• Proven track record of leading complex research projects from inception to completion.


• Strong proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.


• Experience with programming software such as Qualtrics, Sawtooth Software, etc.


• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, such as SPSS, R, etc.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.


• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Knowledge of B2B ecommerce industry trends and dynamics is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00


Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.


Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:


- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)


- Stock equity incentives
