Pennoni is currently looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis at our Construction Materials Laboratory in King of Prussia, PA.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage quality programs for Construction Engineering region.
Disciplines include Special Inspections; Construction Materials Testing; Transportation Construction Management and Inspection; Bridge Fabrication Inspection; and Geotechnical Engineering.
Maintain quality manuals; accreditations and certifications; quality documentation and records, which include internal/external equipment calibrations and maintenance reports.
Perform field, office and laboratory audits.
Liaison with regulatory agencies.
Assist with training and certification.
Provide quality consulting services
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
4-7 years of professional experience working in Construction Materials and/or Lab Testing.
Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Quality certification (i.e. ASQ, ISO or similar) is a plus, but not required
Technical base in engineering, construction materials testing and inspection, construction and/or quality management.
Honesty, integrity, dependability and punctuality.
Self-starter. Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
