Job Description: YRCI is seeking a full-time Classification Specialist, Associate. to support our Human Resources Remote Operations Center (HRROC™), located in Reston, VA. YRCI's HRROC™ is a Shared Service Center that supports multiple Federal agencies and offers a friendly, collaborative team environment with access to training from industry experts! Although the YRCI home office is located in Reston, VA, this position is fully remote. Review submitted Standard Form (SF) 52s for accuracy and completeness. Operate several independent HR processing systems to include National Finance Center (NFC), Build Position Management System (PMSO) in the NFC database using information from a variety of sources to include NFC and official Position Description (PD); Process 100 SF52’s per week. Route SF-52s to appropriate HROC Unit; correct errors within PMSO as applicable. Monitor and work all assigned SF-52, PMSO and HC Link service tickets. Respond to program office questions concerning SF-52 submissions.
