Job Details:




Summary:



This position is responsible for performing analytic reviews of large amounts of accounts payable, corporate card transaction, and cash disbursements data to identifying areas of opportunity that drive process improvement and cost savings. This includes, but is not limited to, performing root cause analysis, proposing solutions, and collaborating with internal and external business partners. Will prioritize issues identified, recommend resolutions, and implement solutions. This position is also responsible for designing reporting on key metrics, corporate card expense trends, and corporate card expense exceptions. Other duties will include assisting on audits (internal and external) and special projects including the preparation of analytics and data requests.



Requirements:



Education: Bachelor's degree in an academic field directly related to the job - Finance or Accounting preferred.


Experience: 3+ years in related field


Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Reporting and Analytic tools (Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Query), and knowledge of SAP.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Special Skills: Analytical & Creative solution thinking skills.
