The Senior Supervisor position will oversee the cash disbursements and corporate purchasing card teams in the day-to-day operations and activities of cash disbursements, PCard administration, and PCard audits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring and reconciliation of manual and systematic payment runs and electronic payment files to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. This includes working with IT and banking representatives to determine a root cause and find the best solution when there are exceptions.
Play a key role in facilitating audits and collaborates closely with cross functional teams such as tax and treasury.
Provides customer service for internal and external partners for cash disbursements and purchasing card inquiries. This includes performing necessary research to solve issues or identify root causes.
Maintain accurate returned payment information and documentation required for unclaimed property.
Ensures compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education: bachelor's degree or on the job experience in a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of cash disbursements preferred.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with large data sets is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and writing communication.
Special Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional partners and leaders.
