Compensation: $170,000 - $205,000



Position Description:



Our outstanding commercial real estate and business law firm is in search of a Real Estate Finance Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. The preferred candidate will have significant experience handling acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent loans for institutional lenders across various asset types, such as multifamily, retail, industrial, undeveloped land, and office properties. Candidates with experience representing borrowers will be given preference. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong academic background, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.



Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate finance experience.


Significant experience representing institutional lenders.


Experience with acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent loans.


Familiarity with a variety of asset types including multifamily, retail, industrial, undeveloped land, and office properties.


Preferred strong academic record with a GPA of 3.7 or above.


Excellent written and oral communication skills.



Responsibilities:



Represent institutional lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions.


Offer legal advice and guidance on various types of loans, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent financing.


Manage a wide range of assets, including multifamily residences, retail spaces, industrial facilities, undeveloped land, and office buildings.


Aid borrowers in navigating the complexities of real estate finance transactions.


Perform thorough legal research and prepare necessary legal documentation.


Work closely with team members and clients to achieve the best possible results.



Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate finance experience.



Billable Hours: 1750 billable hour requirement.



Number of Attorneys: 40+



Practice Focus: Commercial real estate and business law.

Compensation:




Salary: $170,000- $205,000 Competitive salary commensurate with experience.



Bonuses: Discretionary bonuses awarded at the end of the year.
