We are partnering with a physician-founded medical practice seeking to add a Patient Coordinator to their team onsite in Nashua, NH. Responsibilities:
Perform general data entry of billing codes into electronic medical record system
Provide verification of insurance information and enter patient demographic information
Support multiple clinical staff for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of appointments
Interact and provide exceptional customer service to all patients, clinical staff, and non-clinical staff alike
Qualifications:
Experienced working within healthcare setting
Solid understanding of medical terminology
Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes preferred
Ability to stand, walk, and type for long prorated periods of time
Must be up to date with all immunizations and COVID-19 vaccinations
The compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $23.00/hourly. Compensation is determined by commensurate experience.
