Make 100 outbound calls per day using a provided list. No sales!
Initiate contact via phone and other channels to schedule appointments for negotiating rental rates for advertisements and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.
Complete lease documentation accurately and on time.
Ensure office spaces are tidy and organized.
Requirements:
Preferably at least one year of sales and/or customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Friendly, professional, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented.
Work well under pressure and meet deadlines independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Additional Information:
Hourly pay rate: $22.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Location: On-site work in Plymouth, MN
