Job Description:

We are seeking an Property Accounting Associate to Join our Team!


Duties -


This role with handle the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivale functions. Accounting, finance, and billing details for residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate. In this role, your responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable and payable, collecting rent payments, handling eviction paperwork and managing vendors, final account statements, audits, and more. Communicating with and invoicing contractors, and utilizing accounting software to submit accurate records. Accounts receivable, Cash posting in correct tenant ledgers, working with different portfolios. Multiple bank accounts and reconcilation. Prepartion of Checkruns.


Requriements -

• 2+ years of experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable


• Experience in AP/AR for the commercial property management industry a plus


• Experience with software including Excel. Experience with Quickbooks, Yardi a plus


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry


• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to maintain a positive working relationship with others
