This is a role with one of Slalom's global teams - we are open to hiring in many locations and travel will be required as needed by our clients.

The Role: Global Lead, Commercial Life Sciences



You will enjoy this role if you have a passion for helping clients launch new products, learn about advances in medicine, and bringing teams together to work with our clients in solving their most critical and complex business challenges. You will keep an eye on major trends and technological disruptions within the industry and be able to identify and advise clients on opportunities created by those disruptions. This role will allow you to regularly employ a cross-practice solution to a client situation.



What You'll Do



• Advise life sciences clients on market strategies and expansion, and create tailored go-to-market plans


• Enable Life Sciences companies to define, design, and run sales and marketing initiatives and programs, ranging product launch plans, omnichannel strategy, and digital transformation


• Work with commercial organization to define vision/OKRs, evaluate current business process and organizational readiness


• Help brands plan and maximize the benefit from their Marketing and Sales Technology investments to solve their most vexing customer issues while building seamless customer experiences


• Nurture client relationships and support sales and business development efforts


• Contribute to team development through coaching/mentoring, and by supporting recruiting activities and onboarding


• Develop thought leadership and go-to-market strategies to help Slalom grow in this space



What You'll Bring



• Subject matter expertise in commercialization, including commercial product lifecycle, go-to-market methods, and customer interaction models


• Experience with consulting, sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work and revenue targets


• Experience working with cross-functional teams, having developed solutions to bring together brand goals and tailor objectives and consumer needs


• Ability to collaborate with clients to identify barriers for execution of their vision, and advise on ways to obtain alignment and action


• Experience facilitating workshops and ability to crate high-fidelity presentation for client delivery

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In New York, the base salary pay range for this position is $167,000 to $307,000. In New Jersey, the base salary pay range for this position is $153,000 to $281,000. The targeted base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $240,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
