Your impact as a Facility Resource Coordinator is vital. C ontribute to Vitalant's life-saving mission by overseeing the coordination of warehouse supplies, vehicles, and facility requirements. Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and environmental conditions of buildings and grounds. Support management in achieving collection goals and ensuring cost effective operations.

• Collaborate and greet 3 rd party vendors to monitor work orders, provide proper work direction, and ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out.


• Maintain building utility functions, uphold cleanliness, and create a conducive working environment for employees.


• Manage store room inventory levels, including reordering and stocking of office supplies. Load and unload supplies and products.


• Manage mailroom deliveries and shipments


• Keep facility vehicles in optimal condition by conducting evaluations, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring annual inspections within DOT compliance, maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required


• Valid in-state driver's license


• Six months of customer service experience required


• Able to lift 40lbs
