In this role, you will be
maintaining
equipment associated with the production,
packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. About You

As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.

  • Do you have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate?




  • 1+ years

    of continuous work experience.




  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical
    aptitude
    and good math
    skills





  • Are able to

    maintain
    a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends,
    holidays
    and
    overtime




  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background
    screening




  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)






  • Provides the team and mill with a hands-on technical resource with the knowledge and background to analyze problems and develop and implement solutions in the electrical and mechanical maintenance fields.




  • Is knowledgeable and proficient in both
    the electrical
    and mechanical crafts.




  • Responsibilities also include meeting business
    objectives
    in machine reliability, uptime, yield, and customer requirements and providing support in functional area.




  • Must possess leadership skills to help with the development of others within the maintenance and operating teams.





  • Reports to maintenance team leader
