We are hiring Legal Assistants with 5+ years of civil defense litigation experience. The team is looking for a candidate who can support attorneys in personal injury, auto negligence, premises liability, and first party property insurance defense practices.


The ideal candidate will have experience working with State and Federal courts, excellent oral and written skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of caseloads. Additionally, they should enjoy working in a team environment and be comfortable communicating with clients while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information related to cases and clients.


Duties include drafting legal documents, managing case files, scheduling, calendaring, e-filing in State and Federal courts, assisting in trial preparation, and maintaining communication with clients.
