Top global private equity company located in Hudson Yards is seeking to hire a Temp EA to support a team of executives within the Client Services group. This position will start mid-end of April and last through October, possibly longer. Hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with flexibility to come in earlier and stay later as needed. In addition, the Temp EA must be comfortable with a 24/7 mindset and responsive to emails after hours. This is a hybrid role working 4 days/week onsite and 1 remote.
Responsibilities:
Manage heavy calendars and scheduling
Coordinate domestic travel and some international travel
Answer phone lines
Handle expenses for team members
Client services based projects
Ad hoc projects and other admin tasks as requested
Qualifications:
At least 3 years previous Executive Assistant
Experience in finance or similar environment strongly preferred
Exposure to working with a client facing team is ideal
Flexible with the ever-evolving calendar
Team environment
Excellent communication skills
Sense of urgency
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Compensations/Benefits:
$35-40/hr based on experience
