Our client, a purchasing organization dedicated to reducing expenses for different businesses and industries, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role is in Northern MA and pays up to 31/hr on the contract side, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Order supplies for the office
Stock supplies
Oversee catering lunches
Manage events
Oversee emails and phone calls
Perform data entry
Work within Excel and PowerPoint
