Overview:

Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations, focusing on key accounting tasks, financial consolidation, and audit management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both public and private accounting sectors, with expertise in technical accounting areas such as lease accounting, revenue recognition, and financial consolidations.



Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the company's accounting operations, including technical aspects and month-end processes.
* Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Oversee the preparation of financial statements and support acquisition-related accounting activities.
* Implement process improvements in billing, receivables, and payables to enhance efficiency.
* Lead financial analysis and reporting efforts, supporting the finance team in strategic decision-making.



Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA preferred.
* Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience, with a strong foundation in both public and private sectors.
* Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, with a knack for technology-driven solutions.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
