We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Data Migration team. The Data Migration team assists clients with migrating their patient and clinical data from their current Electronic Health Record (EHR) to a new go forward EHR. This position will be focused on implementing modern applications and tools and optimizing ETL processes used by the migration team. General duties are primarily using C# to define, design, and build scalable applications to support the execution of data migration projects. Team members are empowered and expected to make key decisions in their designs and implementations, supported directly by their leadership. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to think and communicate about your work at a high level within the team, in addition to understanding the details.

Essential Duties

· Design solutions, taking advantage of existing assets while maintaining a balance between architecture requirements and specific needs within the team

· Create prototypes, conduct proofs of concepts, evaluate options with pros and cons and provide recommendations

· Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the project execution corresponds with what was planned during the solution definition

· Provide consulting support to technical engineers within the team to ensure the project or product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture

· Ability to build intuitive and highly scalable web applications using the Microsoft stack

· Build entire feature set across all layers (database, services, and UI)

· Collaborate cross-functionally with business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve desired outcomes

Qualifications

· 4+ years of relevant experience with .NET and C#.

· 3+ years of experience developing with SQL Server or other relational databases.

· Additional technology expertise such as ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, TypeScript desired

· Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies is a plus.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills to support cross-organization collaboration.

· Experience with ETL / ELT systems that process large volumes of discrete and non-discrete data.

· Previous healthcare IT experience, particularly working with Protected Health Information.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, a related field of study, or relevant experience.
