JOB TITLE/LOCATION:
Manager – Corporate Systems– Oxford, CT
Principal Responsibilities:
Develop and administrate user access to financial systems
Mentor, train and supervise finance users across several key systems
Prepare monthly reporting while designing methods to improve & automate
Recommend and implement improvements in financial reporting policies and procedures
Reconcile large datasets related to Sales, AP, AR, cash, inventories
Communicate clearly and effectively both internally and with external suppliers
Assist with monthly & quarterly reporting, including analysis and inquiry with divisions
Prepare, monitor and drive improvement in key financial performance indicators
Project management, ensuring initiatives progress on time and on budget
Assist in the preparation of annual budget and rolling forecasts
Compile and provide support for quarterly and annual reviews and audits
Monitor internal controls to ensure proper compliance

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Accounting
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles and understanding of SEC reporting requirements
Experience in financial reporting, including consolidation, cash flow, inventory valuation
Ability to use sound judgement in implementing efficient solutions to challenges
SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS:
Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and communicate effectively
Strong analytical and technical skills, including ability to learn and master new software
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Power Apps (PowerBI, PowerQuery), SQL
Knowledge/Experience with the following systems a plus: SAP, Syteline, CCH Tagetik, Sage FAS
