Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking an EPM Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and analytical mindset. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment to support our business and team.
Responsibilities:
Data Mapping
Perform analysis on Fixed and Variable Costs, Production and Distribution functional reporting
Analysis on Lines of Business details for Sales, MC, GP, EBIT, EBITDA
Preparation/review of monthly management accounts and financial reporting packages (US GAAP & IFRS) including commentary
Conduct routine communication with business unit leaders and key partners relating to accounting, financial close, issues and deliverables, and other relevant financial matters
Lead the implementation of accounting policy changes in ERP and other reporting systems
Provide accounting policy expertise and training to various stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, Operations, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA is nice to have
3+ years of consolidating & reporting experience
3+ years of Data Mapping experience
Oracle experience, specifically Oracle EPM or Oracle Hyperion
Consolidating & Reporting experience
Project management experience in an audit context
Understanding of accounting within the manufacturing and/or construction industry would be an asset
Microsoft Office Applications - specifically need someone very comfortable & skilled within Excel
Strong and demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, internal controls and other industry standards
Strong communication and influence skills are critical to support business in interpreting accounting treatment across the company
Systems knowledge and interest are important to effectively utilize/leverage the financial systems in the performance of the role
Flexibility, initiative, and drive for change are key attributes to contribute to an efficient and high-quality team environment
Excellent analytical skills with an independent ability to recognize problems/issues and propose resolutions
Strong team player of excellent character, able to contribute positively while striving to meet strict deadlines
Effective written and oral communication skills to be able to communicate, document and train
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Nice to have:
SAP to HFM experience
SFA experience
FCCS/PBCS experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
