RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking an Integration Engineering Manager to join their team. This position is full time, direct hire and will be an integral part of building out the integration engineering team.

Duties:


  • Integration Engineering Manager will lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional growth and development

  • Be a hands-on leader, working with the team to create organized, clean, and maintainable code

  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team and drive accountability for results

  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of integration solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting strategic objectives

  • Help optimize customer integrations in high scale environments

  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop strategic integration solutions

  • Champion innovative approaches that drive efficiency, scalability, and improved user experience

  • As an Integration Engineering Manager, you will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in integration technologies and methodologies

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, guiding the team in adopting best practices and implementing innovative solutions

  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 5+ years of experience shipping production code in enterprise environments

  • Experience with building and managing effective teams in Agile/Scrum environment

  • Strong familiarity with low latency problem spaces and data engineering concepts

  • Familiarity with Go, Python, or other general-purpose languages

  • Understanding of microservices, DevOps, network security

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with partners, management, and peers while operating with integrity

  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
