Here’s What You’ll Get To Do

• Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, assist customers with all technical information on products, provide estimates, and enter orders for customers.


• Develop and maintain good external and internal customer relations.


• Work closely with our sales force in developing cost proposals and resolving issues on projects.


• Resolve issues with internal personnel as well as external customers.


• Take care of all quality issue orders.


• Train new employees.

 

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Good organizational and communication skills. Must be able to document well.


• Ability to multitask.


• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Cisco Phone Answering System


• Must be able to work under constant time constraints and manage your own schedule.


• Estimating or Customer Service experience in this industry is a plus.
