RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties:
Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and semiskilled tasks involving general maintenance and/or repair of client facilities, equipment, and grounds including, but not limited to, the following:
Move & set-up/assemble office furniture.
Hang whiteboards, bins, etc. on walls.
Patch drywall & paint walls.
Install carpet tiles and LVT.
Replace drop ceiling tiles and light bulbs.
Basic pluming and bathroom repairs.
Wash windows, some from a personnel lift to 3-stories high.
Trim weeds and minor landscaping.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills, Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding service environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects with a minimum of direction.
Some knowledge of computers preferred.
Sound judgement and a high level of work ethic.
Must have the ability to complete required safety classes that pertain to specific job duties.
Performs all work in accordance with company safety procedures.
Work from elevated platforms.
Operates power tools and site mobile equipment.
Training for job duties provided by company as required.

Salary: $17/hr. - $24/hr.
The hourly rate is between $17 and $24 per hour, and the anticipated annual base compensation range for this position will be $35,360- $49,920 inclusive of required overtime
