In alignment with their values to provide customers with an unforgettable hotel stay experience, a unique opportunity has opened up for an Architectural Project Manager to join the Design & Development team in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role will be to design & manage a portfolio of regional & international hospitality & gaming architectural projects.



Your new role



As the Architectural Project Manager in the design & development division, you will utilize your experience & skill to lead the architectural design & delivery of unique hospitality and gaming projects that represent the hotel's brand. In this role you will support the Executive Vice President to provide direction & vision to a team of Architects & Designers and you will collaborate with the internal Construction, Finance & Legal divisions to ensure technical, operational, legal and regulatory compliance with all designs and documents. As the Architectural Project Manager, you are also responsible for professionally managing the relationships with external firms that form the multidisciplinary team for planning, design and construction. Key attributes include organization, maturity, top-notch communication skills, expressing your passion for the brand with the ability to collaborate, lead, mentor & develop junior associates.



What you'll need to succeed


A Degree in Architecture from a reputable University and willingness to become a certified Architect in Nevada within 6 months of the start date if you are from out of state. 10+ years' experience as a Lead Architect in hospitality/resort/hotel design with a world-class architectural firm and a m inimum of 7 years' experience leading a team with the capabilities to coach & mentor them. You must enjoy working in a high-pressure environment, reorganizing your day around key priorities, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy engaging at all levels, from Executive Management teams to skilled drafters.

• Base salary up to $125k range depending on your skill set & experience
