Hays, in partnership with a national private equity firm specializing in value-added and opportunistic real estate investments, is currently actively searching for a Senior Property Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio throughout South Bay, Florida.
Your new role
Prepare financial statements, operating and leasing metrics.
Manage vendors in a timely and reliable manner.
Assist in development and implementation of operational strategies for assigned properties.
Maintain relationships with tenants to preserve the highest level of tenant satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5+ years of Property Management and / or Leasing
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with institutional financial reporting requirements
Proficiency with AppFolio software preferred
