If you have a passion for helping others, Highland Rivers may be the place for you.JOB SUMMARY:The Mother's Making A Change (MMAC) Wellness Coach provides program participants with support in areas of whole health wellness. The Wellness Coach will assist women to navigate through experiences of motherhood, early recovery, and relationship challenges. The Wellness Coach will work with individuals on behavioral changes in their recovery related to nutrition, stress coping, sleep, mind-body balance, and balancing wellness practices in recovery. The Wellness Coach will provide wellness support through group therapy, individual therapy, couples/family therapy, and family education, effectively utilizing evidence-based practices to meet the needs of each individual's individualized recovery plan.

• Provides individual, group therapy specifically tailored to explore areas of whole health and wellness for individuals


• Develops (with individuals) and reviews individualized wellness recovery plans.


• Completes documentation of services provided and response to services in a timely manner.


• Attends and participates in case staffing and treatment team meetings


• Works with interdisciplinary team in reviewing cases and developing individual service plans that encourage the whole health and wellness component of each individual recovery plan.
