We are seeking an experienced and talented technical program manager for the Resource Governance arm of DGX Cloud.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DGX Cloud Supply Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing GPU capacity from various cloud service providers to meet our growing demands. This role requires a blend of cloud experience, industry expertise, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with our Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams. The DGX Cloud Supply Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring our contracts satisfy our broad needs and use cases, as well as guaranteeing the smooth delivery and performance of our cloud capacity.

What you will be doing


  • Sourcing GPU Capacity: Identify and secure GPU capacity from various cloud service providers to meet the company's demands.


  • Vendor Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with cloud service providers, ensuring our needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.


  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align cloud capacity sourcing with our company's strategic goals and technical requirements.


  • Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts with cloud service providers, ensuring terms are met and capacity is delivered and performs as expected.


  • Business Reviews: Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with cloud service providers to assess performance, address issues, and explore opportunities for improvement.


  • Dynamic, Agile, and Analytical Approach: Utilize a dynamic and agile approach to adapt to changing demands and employ analytical skills to optimize cloud capacity sourcing strategies.



What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


  • 8+ years of overall program management experience in software/cloud services


  • Proven experience in cloud computing, specifically in sourcing and managing GPU capacity with cloud service providers.


  • Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud infrastructure technologies.


  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Experience with contract management and business review processes.


  • Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to operate effectively amidst uncertainty and rapidly changing business conditions. Agile mindset with a commitment to ongoing improvement.


  • Communication and Teamwork: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and influence strategic decisions.


  • Strong technical proficiency: cloud architecture, development and deployment, and bonus points for past programming experience.



The base salary range is 164,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
