Your Key Responsibilities

• Associate Engineer-Quality Systems in the Schaeffler Special Machinery (SMB) Department in Wooster, Ohio.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and production equipment and automaton for the Schaeffler Production System.
• Experience with custom equipment for manufacturing including assembly, inspection, process control, gauges, etc.
• Support project management role in realizing the solution as agreed in specification, in cooperation with customers and internal departments involved.
• Implements quality procedures, tools and methods in business processes and operations, for an organization or a function assigned.
• Elaborate and update guidelines, methods and processes, and provide instructions to organizations for proper application.
• Analyze, file and report on all quality-related information.
• Maintain documentation needed for certification and carry out external QM reporting for official authorities and ISO9001.
• Support internal and external inspections and/or audits and provide respective documentation.
• Collaborate with and provide advice to staff and management in QM-related topics and provide respective trainings.
• Software experience with SAP, MS Office, etc.

Your Qualifications

• Bachler's degree in Engineering
• 0-3 years experience
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
