• Driving hand and power trucks 


• Using a computer and computer controls to run process operations.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)


• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 to 12 consecutive hours per day on a fixed or rotating shift.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic computer knowledge


• Post-high school education


• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills

• Competitive pay starting at $20.93 to $26.10 per hour plus shift differential.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.93 and $26.10. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
