Job Description:

Location: Marlton, NJ

Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $74.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Health in Marlton, NJ




Information:



- Patients are primarily those being discharged from the hospital and nursing facilities




- Procedures include: Wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, Heart Failure, Diabetics, oncology, post surgeries, and Ortho are many of our primary diagnoses



- Length: 13 weeks (W2 contract)


- Shift: M-F 8:30a-5p


- Holiday/Weekend Requirement: Every 5th weekend / Every other holiday


- Productivity is 6 visits per day- or the equivalent. (For example, admissions are counted as 2)


- Charting: OASIS EMR


- Must have reliable transportation & valid driver's license


- No mileage reimbursement


- Local Rate Differential Applies



Requirements:



- NJ or Compact license required


- 2 years experience required in Med Surg


- Must have Home Health experience


- Covid Vaccine + Booster


- Flu Shot
