Previous experience as a scheduler or advance associate within the public sector (e.g., Congressional staffer on Capitol Hill)
Excellent organizational skills, written communication, attention to detail, responsiveness, ability to handle pressure and large workloads on tight deadlines, and comfort in dealing with high-level officials.
Interest in technology and innovation.
Maintain the schedule of events for our two-month project.
Serving as a scheduler for our events/showcases, including with external guests.
