Employment Type: W2 only, (no corp-to-corp or sponsorship)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Deploy applications to various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Work with the Java React codebase for the application.
Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
Manage Autosys jobs for scheduling and monitoring.
Utilize Harness for streamlined deployments.
Foster a positive team attitude and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Experience with cloud deployments across any cloud provider.
Strong understanding of Java React (used in the application codebase).
Skilled in automation practices.
Familiarity with Autosys for job control.
Knowledge of Harness for efficient deployments.
Additional Context:
You'll be part of a team working on an application that provides resiliency reporting and planning capabilities. The app uses a SQL backend, Java microservices deployed on an internal cloud, and a React frontend. Currently, it's in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, and your role will involve bringing it into production.
As an Azure shop, experience with Azure services is a plus.
