Are you ready to lead a culinary journey like no other? We seeking an exceptional Chef de Partie to spearhead our Heirloom restaurant.

What you will be doing:

· Responsible for assisting with the overall Heart of House operations.

· Assumes responsibility of daily Heart of House operations in the absence of the Exec Chef

· Adheres to Sanitation and Cleanliness Standards, trains, and oversees Heart of House team and ensures their understanding of cleanliness standards.

· Assists the Exec Chef with inventory and ordering protocols on a daily / weekly / monthly basis as is determined by Standard Operating Procedures.

· Managing and training assigned kitchen team

· Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times

· Ensure highest levels of guest satisfaction, quality, operating and food costs on an ongoing basis

· Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation

· Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards

· Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature

· Takes ownership of and always maintains food quality standards.

· Leads with pride and understanding, focuses intently on training, education, communication, and support of Heart of House team members.

· Assists Chef with overseeing training protocols to improve the performance of Heart of House team to ensure consistent quality.
