This role is designated for our location in Phoenix, Arizona = 800 W Adams St Phoenix, Arizona 85007
Responsibilities
1. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with students, their families, and the local
community. Act as a point of contact for addressing student and family concerns.
2. Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to student services for
continuous improvement. Prepare reports and share insights with the HUB director and relevant
stakeholders.
3. School-Wide Culture: Maintain and develop a positive school-wide culture that emphasizes
student-owned learning. Collaborate with staff to implement initiatives promoting a supportive
and inclusive environment.
4. Engagement Strategies/Activities: Work closely with HUB and company staff to plan and execute
engagement strategies and activities. Foster an environment that encourages active participation
and involvement.
5. Youth Needs Understanding: Understand the unique needs of youth and implement creative
strategies to address those needs through Professional Development and research.
6. All Other Duties as Assigned
