Hourly Range is determined by Level as follows:


Level II - $29.39 - $30.94 (1-3 years of exp.); Level III - $34.98 - $36.82 (3-5 years of exp.); Level IV - $37.53 - $38.75 (5+ years of exp.)


Including eligibility for a (up to) 6% quarterly bonus.

In this rewarding role you will:



  • Image and configure laptop computers and software’s for deployment (Partnered with Endpoint Services)

  • Troubleshoot equipment related issues over phone and remote connections

  • Install, maintain, replace, and setup of new medical equipment systems, and Personal Technology Devices

  • Diagnose and correct system and equipment malfunctions and return to manufacturers specifications

  • Conduct safety checks on equipment and maintain documentation on all maintenance, incoming inspections and repairs performed

  • Provide technical support to clients, providers and clinical staff

  • Provide in-services and training to clinical staff on safe operations and care procedures

  • Ensure proper service delivery by working with, directing, and documenting activities of subcontractors, vendors and outside service technicians

  • Coordinate with other departments on maintaining equipment on mobile clinics including logistics and tracking of shipments

  • Assist in the implementation of Preventative Maintenance procedures

  • Perform modifications to equipment as per guidance of the manufacturers

  • Interpret service manuals, schematics and other applicable service information required to perform and troubleshoot equipment

  • Evaluate and monitor service programs for effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and timeliness of completion.

  • Assist department supervisor in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to meet the requirements of regulatory bodies and Leidos QTC Health Services Management Policies. 

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge and use of required test equipment and the electronics, including pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical knowledge and skills.

  • Keep a healthy and safe work environment through code compliance and training

  • Keep client/customer information confidential

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership


You Must Have



  • A High School diploma or GED required, A.A.S. Degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent military training preferred

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Biomedical industry

  • The ability to pass a Federal background check and drug testing


Prefer to Have



  • X-Ray/CT and or Laboratory experience

  • CBET, CLES, CRES, CHTM
