Support Solventum Rebranding initiative by working across Solventum ERP and Material Master systems to execute processes ensuring timely material reservation and creation.
Material reservation - Executing process to ensure Phase In Material ID's are reserved.
GTIN reservation - Executing process to reserve GTINs for Phase In material.
This includes analysis of the Phase Out existing pack levels and GTINs.
Material Create - Executing process to create new Phase In Materials ensuring accurate master data for any changes from the Phase Out Material. (e.g. Country of Origin, Basic Data Text, GTINs)
Troubleshooting as needed with packaging and GTIN functional SMEs
Assisting with identification of efficiencies and process improvement options to enable reservation and create due date achievement under tight timelines.
Qualifications Must have:
Basic understanding of packaging levels and GTINs
Microsoft office proficiency, specifically Excel advanced functionality.
Ability to follow processes and procedures.
Good facilitation skills and ability to lead detailed data analysis meetings/discussions.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional and cross-border teams.
Good English communication - written and spoken.
