Join our global owners representative boutique firm as a Mission Critical Scheduler helping the Critical Environments team deliver an innovative mission critical project in Indiana.
With existing work and upcoming future opportunities for our clients in the Midwest, we are expanding the team to meet the growing needs and looking for an experience P6 Scheduler who can travel.
We are working with both hyper-scalers and developers, looking to build teams in multiple locations throughout the US and Europe and have a steady pipeline of existing work that will take us into the next decade.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll love it)

  • The MGAC Critical Environments team, the team which is hiring, is a smart, savvy, and empowered one. They specialize in construction management for building data centers and hospitals. They are industry experts who have been hired by our clients to ensure big building success.
  • As owner's representatives, we help explain complex issues, manage conflicts, and advise on matters that are outside of the owner's sphere of knowledge. We assist the owner in making informed decisions that keep the project on track.
  • As a Scheduler at MGAC, you'll create, update, and maintain construction schedules for vertical construction and site work projects.
  • You'll be an integral part of the team, focusing on Work breakdown structures, Critical Path Method, and Earned Value Progress.
  • Our Project Controls project work is ever expanding. We have a strong company portfolio in this market, and our pipeline is healthy and growing. We have numerous opportunities on the horizon.
