Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator

JOB
OVERVIEW:



Perform general Human Resource (HR) administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to providing support and service to the Talent Development (TDev) team, the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team and Wheels employees. Responsibilities will include responding to general training questions, maintaining accurate Human Resources information (HRIS) and reports, and coordinating various talent development programs and events, including facilitation/presentation of training courses, as needed. Participate in department process improvement and tracking efforts and support other administrative responsibilities for the Human Resources team.



KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES:






  • General TDEV Support

    • Respond to general TDev questions and requests in a timely manner.

    • Collaborate with TDev Team, partners, and stakeholders to deliver on projects to meet department and organizational strategic and operational priorities.

    • Coordinate and support TDev Team learning events including both in-person and virtual events (Including coordinate set-up arrangements; coordinate virtual session production; prepare and assist with materials; create and manage rosters, track completions and evaluations, and assist with clean up as needed.)

    • Coordinate activities for mandatory compliance training including creating courses, tracking completion, reporting results, etc.




  • Human Resource Information System (Workday) Administration

    • Assist the HRIS team with Workday data input, data audits, data integrity, and documentation uploads.


      Assists with tenant migration project.


      Help troubleshoot common Workday issues.


      Assist with process improvement initiatives and job aids.
      Assist the TDev team in configuring, testing, maintaining, and updating learning objects, assignments, records, and resources in the company's Learning Management System (LMS) Workday.

    • Answer learner questions and help troubleshoot LMS issues.




  • Engagement & Communication

    • Assist with managing TDEV team email inbox, phone, and mail - coordinate communications by being the first point of contact for responding to inquiries.

    • Keep internal and external TDEV calendars updated with events and information.

    • Partner with internal communications team and contribute to the weekly HR newsletter and other communications by providing timely TDEV content.

    • Build effective working relationships with TDEV partners and relevant stakeholders to support and effectively communicate TDEV vision, mission, priorities, support, resources, and events.




  • Team Resource Management

    • Manage the use of TDEV equipment, books, and other resources and track their movement and upkeep, including corrdinating a project to inventory current resources.




  • Miscellaneous

    • Provide back-up administrative support for other members of the HR, HRIS and TDev teams, as needed.

    • Participate in department process improvement activities.

    • Complete other duties as assigned.






SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:



  • Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required. Skills in One Note, SharePoint, MS Teams and other products, a plus.

  • Experienced in managing learning/reporting in an LMS, a plus.

  • Make a positive impression in written, verbal, and face to face interactions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:



One year of relevant administrative experience.


High school diploma or equivalent.



PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
