Position Purpose The School of Nursing at the University of Central Missouri invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor, Instructional Faculty/Simulation Lab Manager. This 9-month non-tenure track faculty position appointment will begin August 2021. We are looking for faculty who are committed to providing quality and innovation in nursing.
The Position – Responsibilities include:
Maintenance, organization, and inventory of skills lab and simulation supplies.
Perform maintenance and upkeep of simulation equipment/manikins.
Responsible for scheduling of simulation with clinical faculty in the undergraduate program.
Assist the graduate program as needed.
Assist with the revision, maintenance, and updating of the Skills Lab Policy and Procedure Manual.
Faculty are expected to actively participate in committee work, service activities, and student advisement.

Other Education & Formal Training Required: • Earned Master of Science (MSN) in Nursing.
Experience Required Qualifications: • Two years nursing experience within the last five years. • Unencumbered, current, active registered nursing licensure in Missouri.
