Duties:
Research and find hard to find parts and inventory
Scan different sites to find replacement parts
Find the "needle in a haystack" attitude
Maintains supplier relationships by identifying best source
Examining products; communicating and enforcing requirements
Obtains parts and supplies by inventorying items
Preparing and placing purchase orders
Receiving, inspecting, and housing inventory items
Maintains inventory in partsroom
Establishing re-order points
Completing annual inventory
Maintains product information by reading technical manuals and bulletins
Providing information to drivers and mechanics
Keeps inventory database up-to-date by inputting receipts and usage
Issues parts and supplies by obtaining and filling requests
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
