Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Support/Customer Service Representative


Additional Info:


* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm


* Location: 100% in office for training in Minneapolis - discuss flexibility after training


* Type: Contract to hire on permanent


* Pay: $45K-$55K depending on experience level


Responsibilities:


* Working with existing customers in the Minnesota Market resolving customer issues, and providing ongoing services


* Join a team of 6-7 (of which 3 are in the Twin Cities)


* Determine what products would best suit each customer and create price quotes


* Present proposals to customers by set deadline


* Create and send submittals for customer review and approval


* Manage orders based on set timelines


* Keep organized quotation files (digital and/or physical)


* Participate in commercial sales meetings


* Give support to outside sales staff and others as required.


Requirements:


* 2-year associate degree in HVAC field or the equivalent work experience in an HVAC field including sales, distribution, manufacturing, or installation of HVAC equipment - preferred. Alternate requirement of 4-year bachelor's degree in a technical field may be considered.


* Able to read and understand blueprints and comprehend written specifications - preferred.


* Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, specifically Excel - required


* Customer service experience


* Ability to work well with others within a team environment.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other commonly used software.


* Previous experience with ERP software Epicor Prophet 21, is advantageous but not required.
