Service Technician - DIRECT HIRE - $62K - Wilmington, MA
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (must be flexible with schedule)
Responsibilities:
Perform equipment diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs both on-site and in-house
Conduct regular inspections to preempt potential issues and avoid breakdowns
Offer technical support to Customer Service and Sales Departments
Undertake mechanical and electrical tasks as necessary
Note: Occasional overnight stays at remote customer locations may be required
Qualifications:
3+ years of pertinent industrial equipment service experience
Proficient in adhering to safety protocols and regulations at customer sites
Ability to comprehend and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Capable of lifting heavy equipment and performing physical tasks as required
Driver's License (Required)
Readiness to travel: 50% (Required)
