We are currently seeking a member to join our Oracle Cloud ERP Center of Excellence as an Oracle ERP Financial Cloud Principal Consultant (Functional) and help grow our Oracle Cloud ERP practice.
Position Description (scope of work or brief narrative):
The Oracle Cloud Solutions Principal Consultant will be responsible for working with Sales Leaders to mine Oracle Cloud ERP opportunities, respond to proposals, and develop Solutions for clients. The candidate will be expected to work cohesively with other Infosys Oracle Cloud Solutions Principal Consultants and client personnel, effectively communicate, and develop strong relationships with internal Infosys, vendors, and client stakeholders.
The Oracle Cloud Solutions Principal Consultant will specialize in Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS) in the areas of Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) with expertise in at least one of the areas, and will perform the below responsibilities:
Work with internal teams on expanding Oracle Cloud Applications work at existing clients and with Sales on responding to RFPs and business inquiries from new clients.
Work with members of existing projects and provide advisory support as needed.
Develop and configure Solutions using Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM, ERP (Finance)).
Required years of experience, training, technical skills, and other requirements for job performance:
More than Eleven years of IT experience of which at least five years should be on Oracle Cloud Applications in the areas of Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) and/or Oracle Cloud HCM.
Expertise in at least one suite within Oracle Cloud Applications (Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance))
Must have experience with:
Responding to transformation RFPs as a primary SME using Oracle Cloud Applications as a Solution
Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Applications (HCM or Finance)
Configuration of Solutions and use cases using Oracle Cloud Applications, and integration of these with third-party products.
Managing Oracle Cloud Apps teams of at least 5 professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
Public Sector experience
Prior experience as an SME with either Oracle PeopleSoft or Oracle eBusiness Suite
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive, relevant work experience instead of every year of education. Candidates who have completed a Master's degree program are strongly preferred.
The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.
