Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP SD / LE Consultant :

This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.


• This position may require travel and /or relocation to Project / client locations.

Preferred Qualification

• At least 11 years of experience in SAP experience in SAP SD/LE,


• SAP S/4 Certifications,


• Preferrable SAP S/4 HANA Experience and


• Has executed at least 3 SAP end to end implementations & 2 SAP AMS Engagements,


• Has led a team of 10+ resources and has managed onsite & offshore teams,


• Expert in Communication Skills,


• Should be able to manage customer at director and senior directors,


• Manages customer expectations & escalations,


• Self-driven & leads by example. Takes complete accountability of the team & the team performance,


• Needs to also work hands-on on issues and system changes,


• Flexible in working hours,


• Excellent Team collaboration and team bonding skills


• Mentoring Juniors & getting them up to speed,


• Manage staffing demands at the team level and ensure that all positions are fulfilled, for your specific value stream

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
