As a Lead for Anaplan, you are primarily responsible for the practice operations, alliance management, and successful delivery of Slalom's Anaplan planning solutions for our clients.



Responsibilities include



  • Establishing, growing, and maintaining relationships with Slalom and Anaplan Sales teams within the region.

  • Leading the delivery of cross-functional engagements to ensure client and consultant satisfaction consistent with Slalom's Delivery Excellence framework.

  • Overseeing development of POCs and custom demos for complex sales pursuit in concert with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams.

  • Collaborating with our clients to develop their Connected Planning roadmaps.

  • Driving alignment across various stakeholders to gain consensus, highlight results, and manage risk.

  • Contributing to the architectural design and development of solutions when required.

  • Lead sales pursuits, including level of effort estimates and staffing of projects

  • Lead analysis, architecture, design and development of solutions

  • Conduct and lead white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings building strong client relations

  • Help Slalom grow through creation of IP and education of our consultants

  • Live and model Slalom values


What You'll Bring

  • Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions

  • Consulting experience, including people management and pre-sales support

  • Extensive experience with Anaplan

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)

  • Superb written and oral communication skills

  • Penchant for service excellence and a collaborative style

  • Subject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Supply Chain, Finance or Sales strongly preferred

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

  • Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter

  • Coaching mentality

  • Collegial, open and grounded in integrity

  • Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach

  • Strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career

Compensation and Benefits



Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $161,000 to $310,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
