Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:



The Field Service Technician will provide technical support for a manufacturing environment. This position will act as an escalation point to the first level service desk to provide desktop level support. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware devices including scanners, desktops/laptops, label makers and printers. This position does require a general knowledge of networking to resolve technical issues with the devices on the network. You will also help with laptop refreshes, software support and setting up equipment for new hires. If you're someone who has strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and enjoys digging in to find the root of the problem, then this is the position for you!


Hours/Shift: M-F, 7am-3:30pm or if they want 6am-2:30pm


Dress Code: Steel toe boots required (not provided)
