Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join a reputable law firm that is nationally recognized. This is a full time, permanent position, 35-hour work week, in office 4 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation, between $80K - $90K!
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
At minimum 6+ years of legal experience - preferably supporting Shareholders and Partners with large books of business
Extensive experience with generating table of contents and table of authorities
Electronically file (federal and state courts)
Transcribe, type, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documents
Managing a very active calendar of appointments, meetings, travel plans, and assisting with invoices/billings
Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
